Our Anti-Redness Foundation Primer is perfect for anyone looking to disguise high-colour – red, angry-looking or flushed cheeks or a blotchy neck and chest.
It's great for those with high-colour due to rosacea, adult acne or the menopause. This clever, green-toned primer neutralises any redness, creating the perfect canvas for foundation application. There's no need for heavy layers of foundation or concealer to disguise redness with this little beauty, all the hard work has been done for you!
The result: foundation that looks natural and never cakey.
The liquid formula is incredibly lightweight and sheer, so it won't weigh the skin down. Enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and Calendula to protect and nourish skin throughout the day, and have an immediate cooling sensation on skin. You can skip prepping skin with too much moisturiser - if you're having hot flushes or perspiring heavily, too much moisturiser can make your makeup slide off. Subtle levels of light-reflecting Mica enhance the skin's glow and soften the appearance fine lines. Skin will look dewy and radiant, never sweaty.
- Apply under base makeup.
- Dispense one small pump's worth of product onto hand and apply to face using fingertips, blending well until evenly distributed.
- Apply more, if necessary, to areas that tend to look angry/hotter/redder throughout the day, not forgetting to blend beyond the jawline onto your neck and chest if those areas develop high colour or blotches too.
- Finally, apply your makeup as normal. Easily removed with makeup cleanser.

A little goes a long way.
I’m not sure that I would call this product a primer as it is very sheer and watery but it does help with reducing the redness of the delightful hot flush or blotchy/uneven skin tone. As it is green it does leave your skin looking very pale but I wait for it to dry off before using foundation. It does sit nice under makeup but tends to make my t-zone quite shiny after a few hours so I feel less works better. Overall it’s a nice product but probably won’t repurchase.
